Roberta has more than 30 years of human resources experience in providing vision and achieving results in high-growth organizations like ours. She previously served as vice president of talent management at CarMax, where she created and implemented a comprehensive strategy for acquiring, placing and developing leaders at all levels of the organization. She built a team of 50+ recruiting and development associates and managed a budget of $5 million. She also held a number of executive roles at Capital One, and helped grow a 1,500 associate spin-off to a 38,000-associate bank.
In her free time, Roberta enjoys gardening, floral design, and travel with her husband and three grown daughters.
