Contacting VCC is a simple process. You can do it by phone or by email. Below you will find phone numbers and addresses for some of our key staff members. For Loan Requests
VCC offers loans for a wide array of community and economic development projects. Our credit guidelines are designed to be flexible and fit into funding scenarios when other capital is not readily available. To help facilitate the call and discussion, you should have some or all of the following information available :
- Business plan or project description, location and address, and timeframe
- Type of funding requested - amount, terms and purpose
- Financial projections and proformas for the project
- Development costs
- Commitments from other funders, if appropriate
- Appraisals and Environmental Reports

For Technical Assistance
In addition to capital, VCC provides technical assistance to communities and developers trying to put together revitalization projects or other community development ventures. With an experienced staff of practitioners, VCC is able to provide guidance on project feasibility, financial proformas and forecasts, sources of funding, application development and filing, tax credit programs and affordable housing resources. Our staff is ready to meet with you, discuss your needs and help get your project moving forward.
