For Loan Requests
VCC offers loans for a wide array of community and economic development projects. Our credit guidelines are designed to be flexible and fit into funding scenarios when other capital is not readily available. - Type of funding requested - amount, terms and purpose

- Commitments from other funders, if appropriate

For Technical Assistance
In addition to capital, VCC provides technical assistance to communities and developers trying to put together revitalization projects or other community development ventures. With an experienced staff of practitioners, VCC is able to provide guidance on project feasibility, financial proformas and forecasts, sources of funding, application development and filing, tax credit programs and affordable housing resources. Our staff is ready to meet with you, discuss your needs and help get your project moving forward.
