BobIn addition to capital, VCC provides technical assistance to communities and developers trying to put together revitalization projects or other community development ventures.  With an experienced staff of practitioners, VCC is able to provide guidance on project feasibility, financial proformas and forecasts, sources of funding, application development and filing, tax credit programs and affordable housing resources.  Our staff is ready to meet with you, discuss your needs and help get your project moving forward.  Bob has over 20 years experience in the community development industry and connections throughout the state.
